Service Description
Get a luxurious 1.5 hours to yourself to be guided through a yoga practice suited to you and your needs. No experience required (and a great way to get started!) Your understanding when you book: It is understood that these classes are taken at your own risk and that you will take care to practice gently and mindfully, avoiding anything that doesn't feel right for your body. Please also make me aware of any injuries or medical conditions that could affect your practice ahead of the class - it is important that you do not partake if your primary care physician has advised against this. Please also make sure I'm aware if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby. I teach a breath-centred practice at a slow pace, but vinyasa flow is a style that requires physical movements, some of which may be challenging for your body. As with any physical activity, there is always some risk of injury but if you practice with care and attention, stay present and don't push yourself through any pain or discomfort, this can be avoided. Teaching online makes it more challenging for me to address individual needs. It is up to you to assess if the class provides the right practice for you and your needs. There are a multitude of yoga practices out there and sometimes it's about finding the right fit. No matter what, you should feel relaxed and at ease when you are practicing. I do my best to make my classes as accessible as possible to varying abilities (some classes have chair yoga options, for example) but this is still a skill I am developing and sometimes I find it more appropriate to create bespoke classes for different needs. If you have a specialist need or requirement (such as post natal or injury recovery), feel free to inquire if I plan to or could offer something better aligned with your needs.
